7 days self-esteem building program

If you have started and finished the exercises was mentioned before - I hope you did - you can continue doing them. Exercise, nutrition and breathing by itself can create miracles in your life. Slowly, but surely.

This 10 day self-esteem building program will give you certain ideas to think about. One day of the program can last longer than the actual 24 hour. Take your time. If you feel that you have to spend more time on day 1 or any other day, just do it. There is no real time limit.

The point is to make your mind think, transform and more involve in the process of changing your patterns or habits. The more you think about positive change in your life the more rapidly it will happen. Be consistent and never stop improving yourself. That's the secret formula.

10 Day Self-Esteem Building Program

DAY 1: Your purpose. Your goal for life. Do not frustrate yourself by not coming up with the answer right away. Let your mind do the thinking for you. Ask these questions constantly throughout the day: What's my purpose? What's the purpose of my life? Why am I here?

Let your thoughts run all over and do not interrupt the process, just enjoy the chaotic dance of your thoughts. Write down the ideas you have throughout the day. Just let your creative juice flow and enjoy it. And, again it could take several days to come up with some satisfying answers to the question.

DAY 2: What is the most important thing you would like to change? Why? What would be the benefit of changing that particular feature, habit etc? Write it down. All of the positive aspects of changing the habit or behavior.

DAY 3: Why did not you change it so far? What holds you back and why? Think about pain and pleasure. How much pain it will cause in the future by not doing it, and how much joy and happiness you could have if you start changing it right now.

DAY 4: Set up a plan. Slightly challenging, but achievable. Small steps at a time. For example if you want to loose weight ask yourself: What am I supposed to do first? More exercise? Cut off my meal by 10%? Eat only 2 cheesecakes instead of 3? Small steps can have huge results. After you do some changes give yourself couple days or a week so your body and mind can adjust to it.

DAY 5: DO it. Do it. Do it.There is no better phrase to describe it. Just do it.

DAY 6: Write down your progress in your journal. Measure your success.

DAY 7: Analyze the first 6 days of your self improving process and make the necessary changes.

DAY 8: Live with passion.(Anthony Robbins) Be enthusiastic about changing your habit or behavior. Think about how much good, joy and respect you will gain by being consistent and doing everything possible to succeed.

DAY 9: Honor your strengths. Pay attention on your qualities. Focus on your talents. Share your improvements with others.

DAY 10: Reward yourself. Look back and appreciate your effort. Realize how much more energy you have and keep doing the exercises.
