The next couple of months in my monthly newsletter I will focus on giving you different self-esteem programs to help you to develop healthy, high self-esteem and confidence.

I have gotten many e-mails from my valued and beloved visitors asking me to provide them with specific self-esteem building programs or ideas that they can use on a daily basis to get their life back on track. These exercises and techniques will be simple - everybody can do them -, but very effective if you have the "stamina" to finish these programs. I am not talking about excessive physical exercises beyond your limitations, of course.

These programs will include certain breathing techniques, a little cardio, visualization techniques ( basically using your imagination ) and other methods to move you out of your "comfort zone" and re-energize your body, mind and soul. You will experience positive change during and after the exercises and I hope that you will continue doing them in the future as well.

My monthly newsletters will land in your mailbox on the 9th of every month, so you will get the first self-esteem building program on April 9th.

This will contain a 7 DAYS GUIDELINE to boost your self-esteem and to smile a lot more. Please contact your physician if you would like to. But, again they will NOT contain very tiring or exhausting exercises you could not do. They will be created to give you a certain structure for that 7 days and to manage your time better.

The next one is going to be a 10 days and then the final one is a 30 days program.
