"There are many things that you can add to your daily routine to help you build your self-esteem and self confidence up. The following is a long list of activities. Pick at least one per day to do, and add more as you can. Some are internal looking exercises, and others require physical action - but all of them are designed to help you recreate yourself into the person you want and need to be.

Self-Esteem Building Activities

Find a poster board in a pleasing color, and write out a short affirmation including five things you are good at. Tack it to the ceiling above your bed, and set your alarm clock for five minutes earlier than you normally would. This will give you time to read and think about your words before you get started on your day!

Keep a ‘thought for a day” type calendar in your kitchen so you can read an uplifting message with your morning coffee or breakfast. Take just a moment to sit and relax, and plan your day. This will give you a moment to organize your thoughts and increase your chances of having a successful day!

Keep an inspirational or self help book in your purse or car so if you have to wait in line at a drive through, an elevator, or a store you can use the time positively. You can also listen to tapes while driving to help utilize every spare moment and make it work for you."

7 day self-esteem building program

"Before you would start the 7 days self-esteem building program I would like to tell you couple of things to make the most out of it.

You have to start and finish the program to get results. You have to commit yourself to go through even if you have some difficulties. You have to be flexible to change certain part of the program to accommodate it to your life style. For example, if this program suggests to get up at 6 am, but you usually get up at 5am you can change the time frame that fits to your life.

I would suggest to get up 30-60 minutes earlier than you usually do to use the early morning "exercises", because that is the time when the brain and mind is fresh, uninterrupted and you can really focus on yourself.

Enjoy the first moments of the day and start your day by being aweken with nature itself. Crispy, fresh air and the beauty of the day is ahead of you.

Please consult your physician if you have any physical or mental condition needs to be treated."

Besides these examples you can find many tests, worksheets, lesson plans and exercises inside the ACTION GUIDE.

Use them as you need them!
