Describe your ideal life 1-5-10 years from now. Where will you be? What will you be doing?

What actions must you take to head towards your goal?
What resources will you need?
What resources do you currently possess?
What skills, talents and knowledge will you need?
What skills, talents and knowledge do you currently possess?
Who can help you meet your goal? Friends? Family? Coworkers? Teachers?
What obstacles could get in your way?
What is one thing you can do right away?
What is stopping you from starting right away?
Write down the date you’ll take your first action towards your 1 year, 5 year and 10 year goal.
Keep these templates tucked away in a safe place and review them on a regular basis. Remember, these aren’t cast in stone; priorities and goals can change.
You can have the life you want, next year, five years from now, ten years from now if you get started today!
